Building Foundations

This workshop is will explore the roles and changes of a new caregiver.

All Levels Flow Yoga

In this all levels flow yoga session we will start up with a gentle warm up, progress through sun salutations to invigorate the body, standing poses to find fortitude, and culminate with gentle backbend bends. After the apex, we will restore with a sumptuous series of hip openers, forward fold and supine sequences.

Entry Level Belly Dancing

This workshop is designed for those looking for movement and expression. No previous dance experience is required.
