How do you show up for yourself, when you are showing up for others? This 3-session class addresses the important topic of self-care. When thinking about self-care, thoughts about getting enough sleep, eating right and exercising come to mind, indeed all-important aspects of self-care. This workshop is designed to go deeper in learning practical ways for family caregivers to replenish themselves. Each session will provide lessons to help understand the influence of the human nervous system upon our emotions and behavior. The class is designed to be interactive, inviting attendees to learn several stress relief practices for use after the class ends.
