Planning for Care: Making Decisions in Advance

In this class participants will learn the role of Advanced Health Care Directives and the mechanics of what goes into a health care directive. Often time the hardest part of a health care directive is starting. Time will be spend addressing the emotional & psychological issues that can develop when thinking about illness, disability and end of life decision making. A review of the parts of a health care directive will be covered for answering specific questions.
