This program is designed to teach mind and body awareness techniques to help live with physical or psychological symptoms due to stress, pain, or illness. It consists of training in mindfulness meditation, yoga, and group support. Participants learn life-long tools to promote wellness, even in the midst of stress, pain and illness.
Classes are held on Tuesdays at Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz.
