Life's end is a difficult time and conflicts often emerge. This education program will help professionals, families, and caregivers to provide psycho-social and other supports to terminally-ill patients, their families, and close networks as they cope with impending death and subsequent grief. Particular emphasis is placed on how to manage sources of conflict and find meaning at this time in life. This program will include the recorded annual HFA teleconference with a national panel followed by a local panel of experts, time for discussion, and complimentary materials for attendees.
