Reducing Stress: Practical Tools for Caregivers
This workshop offers practical ideas, insights and tips that family
caregivers can use to relieve the everyday stresses of caregiving.

This workshop will include two presenters. Dr. Shani Robins will share the powerful stress-relieving benefits of mindfulness, gratitude, forgiveness, and humility and teach caregivers restorative relaxation exercises. Elizabeth Jones will discuss the therapeutic benefits of aromatherapy and help caregivers create their own free personal aromatherapy blend to take home and use.
